Xavier and his team are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. He is meticulous and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Initially, I hired them to build a flower bed and remove a few small trees. However, I was so impressed with their work that I decided to add on additional projects, including a new fence. In the spring, I plan to have them install sod. My partner was out of town during the work and when he came home he actually drove past our house because it looked so great and different after they were done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take each job on a case by case basis because pricing is all dependent up what size the job is, what needs to be done etc. Send me a message with the best way to contact you (phone, email, text) and a good time of day and I will reach out to set up a time for a FREE consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Memphis Construction Etc works best with new customers on a one on one basis. Generally we will get a request from a new customer and immediately contact them by phone so that we can set up a time to meet that is most convenient for them. After that we schedule the time to check out the job and most often send a quote within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We commit to our customers that all projects will be managed with open communication, attention to detail, a construction team committed to providing a safe, clean and organized work site, and their projects completed as specified, on target and on time.
