I am so glad I chose this vendor. I reached out months ago with details on my issue. I hired someone previously who did a botched job. Mr Mark was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the work I needed. I explained my concerns about my previous service and he reassured me he could fix the issue. I was unable to proceed at that time but when I reached back out recently he still had my information so we proceeded with scheduling.
He arrived on time and explained to me his entire process which I appreciated due to the previous issue. His engagement with me and keeping me in the loop helped a lot. His services were priced fairly. He even called back a few days later to make sure we were still pleased with the services we received.
I would highly recommend Mr. Mark if you're looking for someone professional, punctual and experienced.

Don’t even waste your time getting quotes from other professionals, New Vision and Mr. Mark are who you need!!! Hands down they provided the best pricing, HIGH quality work, and when they wrapped up the project you couldn’t even tell that a table leg had went through the wall! 10/10, 5/5, whatever your scale is…they’re topping it! Seriously, thank you (New Vision) for the repair, and I WILL ONLY be coming to for all of my services!

Had a condenser leak and wet the ceiling causing it to fall through, Mark was very responsive and helped with the clean up process, he did returned after my vacation and fixed all the issues with the ceiling and even got the texture correct, very very very good experience and would recommend keep in mind with the before in after the surrounding areas are 20 yrs old so that explains the color difference. Overall very happy with the results

Mark did a great job fixing the hole in our ceiling. The ceiling looks like new with paint difference not even visible. Would recommend 100%
I damaged my wall while trying to hang a mirror. Mark responded quickly. He informed me of his work and what he would do. He kept in communication and arrived on time. He quoted how long it would take and the results were perfect. He does great service!!!
