What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project starts with a site visit and a written, itemized quote, so you know the full price before any work begins. The price on the quote is what you pay unless you change the scope. A 50% deposit schedules your project, and the balance is due when it's finished and you're happy with it. Military members and veterans get 3% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Site visit: we walk your property together and talk through what you want.
2. Same-day estimate with a digital sketch of your project.
3. A 50% deposit locks in your start date.
4. The build: progress photos and updates as the work goes, and cleanup every day.
5. Final walkthrough together. The remaining 50% is due once you're happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the building trades and studied Natural Resources in college, which helps with site work, drainage, and choosing the right materials for Memphis weather.
