Today was the first time I’ve used James-I saw him on this site and he was recommended by a friend who had nothing but great things to say. He just left and we’re already planning on having him back for some other work. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an all around a great guy. I had a plumbing issue (my bathroom almost flooded) and he responded immediately. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem—patiently allowing me to ask a hundred questions. He went above and beyond, he even helped me with another issues. His prices are more than fair, but even if another company were to quote a lower price, I would stick with James. He’s trustworthy, friendly and I couldn’t be more impressed all around. By far the best experience I’ve had with any repair person. Wish I’d found him sooner.
