Mr Ponce kept me informed every step of the way of his repair of each job, which there were a few. He was punctual and efficient . And his prices are very reasonable. He did terrific job on all plumbing issues in my home (bath and kitchen sinks and tub). Also he repaired my yard gate. He provided documentation of all receipts and purchases as well as all after repair videos / photos. Great customer service. Will definitely ask him to help again for my next repair

Ponces did amazing work installing a very large television in a difficult location. He was punctual, fastidious, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

He was on time, quick to respond, and went above and beyond on the jobs I asked him to do. I used a premade catio but he helped me adapt it to the window. He also helped install shelves inside and put up outdoor lights for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be a fair charge either per hour or per project since some projects cannot be charged per hour but in general I always try to be fair to both parties
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being kind and understandable, showing good respect for people is a key point to working with trust and creating a good project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an exemplary father. I have two children. I am educated in my country. I like business and entrepreneurship. I know of many jobs. I have too many ideas. My only detail is that I still study the English language, but that does not prevent me from doing a good job.
