Thomas did an amazing job this is a very old house. Very professional and kept me inform he stayed on the job. Until he could figure it out. The floor perfect the toilet doing great so far. He noticed leaking old parts on the pipes he changed those. The most important thing he keep his word came back the next day to finish up a problem that wasn’t on him. The house old once you start a job it shows more and more. I couldn’t blame him because the house is 1954 style and the plumbing and all is it’s original. But he took great care of me.

Excellent work completed in a timely manner, with pure integrity at an amazing price. Had a full in brick door removal and reinstallation with security door addition done in less than a day. Was able to complete all my needs for the work requested and even met me in person prior to work being conducted to pick up materials. We believe in saving people money, time, and hassle. We want our customers to be fully satisfied and happy with the outcome, so we can earn their business and recommendation. We will never overcharge for services, and we will stay competitive in the market at all times.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first schedule an appointment with the client. Then, we will estimate the job scope. Then, we will schedule the start date and complete the work in a timely manner. Then, we will send an invoice for payment to the email provided. A receipt will automatically be sent back to the client confirming payment. Then, we will ask for a rating online confirming their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in remodeling homes but do not offer HVAC services. We provide surprising results every time, and we are customer focused.
