The basic service includes the following: * Dust all furniture * Clean windowsills and ceiling fans * Clean all baseboards * Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop floors PJ & Gran's Janitorial Service will do the following in every room: * Kitchen - Do the basic service - Scrub and sanitize sinks and countertops and clean surfaces and outside of appliances, inside of microwave, outside of refrigerator, outside of oven and stove surface - Clean/wipe down cabinets (For the inside of appliances on a tier-2 level, add $20 per appliance per application.) * Bathroom - Do the basic service - Clean and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and counters and clean mirrors * Bedroom - Do the basic service - Change linens For any additional tasks such as cleaning windows and any cleanup after construction, painting, etc., add $25.
