- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When was your last cleaning performed? And how often will you be using our services? If it has been awhile since your last clean, the initial clean may be more depending on several factors: pet hair and what cleaning services will be needed (ex. Deep clean, windows etc) if you are using us on a regular basis, we can schedule a routine to rotate chores.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask what forms of payments are accepted. Also, are contracts required?
