The folks at this franchise were very helpful. Chip Jones was on time and very pleasant and easy to deal with, and gave a fair estimate. The crew that I dealt with were also on time, very nice, professional and did a good repair job for my purposes. I have added them to my contact list for future needs. Thanks guys:)

The initial contact was great and I wished I could say the same about the work and overall service. The first set of painters did a mediocre job, arrived late, and the crew leader/job site supervisor said that they started not come because he was not satisfied with the amount money he was being paid by the company to do the work on my home. I did make contact with the company and the second person they sent out did an outstanding job with listening to and correcting the initial issues I found from the previous painters. The office worker/manger did an excellent job in coordinating the efforts for the second painter to come out; this painter was very professional and courteous. However, about 2 days after the second painter left and the entire area had a chance to dry, I opened my closet doors and there were several areas the first set of painters either put too much paint to where it dripped and dried or they partially painted so you could see where the old paint was and the new paint began. I had already paid the company for the work and really did not want to have do another schedule adjustment for them to come out that is if they would come out. After being highly disappointed in the service I believed I was going to receive based off my initial contact with the company, I received another invoice (the company was paid the same day the second painter left). I did contact the company and was told via text that it was a glitch in the system and that my payment had been received. I sent a text response back asking if anyone was available for me to speak with and I was asked if it would be possible for me to send whatever I needed to talk to them about either in a text or email. I did make efforts to reach the company before writing this review and had no interest in doing a negative review because I like to give constructive feedback so that the next experience is better (there were other issues that I did not mention in this post). My last attempt to reach the company was on 7/17/2020 and as of 7/26/2020 not one representative has reached out. I am highly disappointed in my overall service experience from this company and would not consider them for any future projects.

We appreciate your feedback on our performance on this project. We always seek to understand areas in which we can coach and improve, and your comments will be used to provide feedback to the painter who performed the initial work, as well as for the painter who came to remediate the problem areas.
As we discussed *in detail* at the time of your initial estimate, all of our work comes with a *written* two-year warranty; you will find that warranty on the last page of your detailed, written proposal (you may also refer to this link for the warranty as well: https://certapro.com/limited-warranty/ ). Because the issues described meet the criteria set out in the warranty, there is no question as to whether we will return to correct the issues in your closet, and anywhere else you discover a deficiency. As the Brand of Certainty in painting in Memphis, we stand behind every project we complete.
I am sorry we were unable to connect on 7/17; my office manager reported that she did receive a text message from you, and that she'd asked that you let her know via text what you'd found, so that we could cal you prepared with an answer for your concern. I apologize that we did not proactively follow up on your initial text.
If you are open to it, we can schedule for the gentleman who came out to correct your issues with the initial work, to return and make other remediation as needed. While he is there, the two of you can walk the entire project to ensure there are no other issues outstanding. That work can be scheduled entirely at your convenience, including evenings and Saturdays, to ensure you need not take more time away from work.
We were happy to take on your project with the short timeline you had for completion. And We were glad to hear that Ronmel and his wife were able to get things straightened out for you when they came for remediation. We pride ourselves on doing excellent work; when the standards slip, it pains us, and is cause for introspection and correction. If you would like us to handle remediation, please contact our office; Shelby will gladly schedule a crew to come out and take care of them.
