In summary, Chris is RUBY in the rubble of typical renovation contracting business (I interviewed over a dozen higher-end contractors & professionals before picking Chris who does the project for higher-end corporate clients like Kohls, University of Memphis etc). I saved more money than I spent on high-quality deliverables without cutting corners or replacing with cheap kinds of stuff. Architecturally built high-end home is my proudest achievement & investment in my life. As a result of the quality of his project deliverables, the structure of my house will last for generations to come. Chris & Team did an amazing high-quality professional job (>$10K already and planning for >$25K more) with my home exterior COMPLEX Stucco repair and painting at my high-end home. He is highly knowledgeable, very professional, and ethical – very rare to find in this industry. He went above and beyond to make me happy: I am a very demanding project management professional who expects the highest quality deliverables (especially on my most significant investment – my home). He also gave me high-quality professional leads to help me to make the educated decisions on my sophisticated home (like Elastomeric Paint on Stucco, high-end gutter replacement of >$5K) also passed on his contractor’s discount (especially on expensive paints). He also spent significant time on planning even before starting the project – he never pushed anything and even worked with me without the expectations of him winning the project. I am a very demanding person and also made constant significant changes to the plan, and he always worked with me on the change orders and very reasonable. Almost all other contractors recommended me to replace the windows and doors – but I saved several thousand dollars by fixing (high-quality materials) it right with the right carpentry skills of his team than replacing with cheap kinds of stuff. His crew is also highly professional and personable: Please make sure to take care of them, and they will bend over backward to make you happy😊. His company does the renovations for corporate clients like Kohls around the country (in addition to local clients like the University of Memphis) and maintains a high-quality crew. I do have significant interior renovation jobs, too, and I am looking forward to working with him on that too. He is a YOUNG brilliant project manager bubbling with passion & Energy, and I am sure he is just starting his business especially getting into the higher end corporate clients. Again he is a GEM in the rubble, and I highly recommend him for quality projects (I am planning to hand him over at least $25K project). Painted the inside of my business. Fixed some drywall problems without a problem and looks really good. He stained and varnished the doors which came out great. Painted the frames around the doors.
