Great Guy. Great Attitude. Very Professional. No Hesitation. Ready to Work. Pulled in Contacts Instantly!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though I placed my deck build activities on hold, I really admired this guy’s customer service, attitude AND availability. TOP. KNOTCH. REPLY. Attention to #Detail and very #Attentive towards the “customers #Needs and #Desires.” One of his contacts showed up bright and early AND ON TIME Saturday morning (in the blistering COLD – 8:00 a.m. CST), took a look at my project and gave me a quote. They were ready to build THAT. DAY.; when I told him that I wanted to wait possibly until next Spring, the young man said ok and didn’t give me any sort of fuss for having to make the trip out and quote my potential job that early and in the freezing C O L D!! I really admired that and was blown away when he requested that I keep his number and be sure and give him a call when I’m ready to build!!
