My overall experience with Ryan was extremely poor. To begin the working relationship, he misrepresented his pricing, offering his services for a higher price than advertised on Thumbtack. In addition to this, he proved to be unwilling to complete services he stated he would do in the initial consult without an additional cost. After one or two services, Ryan brought additional crew to my residence without informing me beforehand. As an individual that lives alone and for liability reasons from a homeowner's perspective, I would like to be privvy to anyone working on my property. Lastly, prior to discontinuing his service, via text message no less, he offered to give my information to a friend of his that might be interested in taking over my lawn care--again, inappropriate and presumptuous. I can not in good conscience recommend Ryan's services and felt compelled to complete this review so that anyone who chooses to use him has an account of his business practices.
