I am so pleased to have an opportunity to write a reflective note regarding the services I received from Chris. He could not have been more pleasant and professional. He honored set times to discuss the job of clearing a yard that was long overdue for attention. His helper, I apologize for not recalling his name, saw me doing a few smaller tasks and jumped in to suggest he take over for me. Both attended with detail to every aspect of the job and did so with an odvious sense of pride in their work. I could not be more pleased. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love explaining to new clients who I am and showing them the types of work I do. I love giving them many options so they feel comfortable having us make their projects a reality.
