Introduction: Energy Fitness is a multi-award winning boutique personal training studio. We were located in downtown Memphis from 2002 to end of Feb 2021 then relocated to the Greenville, SC (Travelers Rest) area. Via my staff in Memphis and my new to be staff in South Carolina we have helped thousands and counting individuals reach their health, fitness and nutrition goals as well as receive our Massage Therapy Services. We work around injuries and hold you accountable! Owner and trainer, Tonya Tittle, has a Master's degree in Exercise Science, ACSM Exercise Physiologist, TPI (Titlest Performance Institute Level 1), Licensed Massage Therapist and numerous additional certifications and qualifications. Her experience helps her trainers help clients to get the best results fast and safe and in only 30-minute sessions. Our semi-private personal training (1 trainer and 2-3 clients doing their own customized program) and online training via zoom personal training get results and keeps you fit and toned avoiding injuries and working around them as needed. Massage therapy services can help you recover and keep your movement optimal. Tonya is certified in cupping, blading, taping and has training in reflexology. Energy Fitness uses Tonya's copyrighted workout programs/protocols that incorporate exclusive energize method of training which uses all components necessary for success. Our mission is to inspire optimal health and wellness through empowerment, education, coaching, and training in a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere through whole body alignment.

I needed help finding my way back to health during a family crisis so I called this interesting looking gym I saw on Main Street. Energy Fitness is so much more than a gym. My excellent and wise personal trainer, Lisa Sanchez-Sullivan, trainer and owner Tonya Tittle's constantly expanding knowledge of nutrition and integrative wellness, Mae's massages, and the community of folks working out there have added so much more quality to my life than I could have imagined. Energy Fitness is a one of a kind place in Memphis.

I've been trying to motivate myself to lose weight and get in shape for some time now, but couldn't seem to do it on my own. I finally called Tonya and signed up for the five-week plan. This has been great. She has given me advice and exercises to get me headed in the right direction. I plan on using what she has taught me to reach my fitness goals.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before discussing pricing or packages with clients we do a simple phone chat. Any of our services either onsite or online are by appointment only. Typically our clients train with us anywhere from a 5 week intro program up to 1 year programs 2-4 times per week. In Memphis we had many clients that trained with us for over 10-18 years!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation about your goals, what you are doing now as relates to exercise & nutrition. Tell you how we work with our clients and ask you if our packages fit into your budget and if you feel we are the right fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
