- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on what a client is asking for. I offer online and in person training as well as weekly check ins and updates. I am very flexible with a budget and willing to work with you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I start, I ask that clients send me an email with: Current weight and Goal Weight. Give me a list of what/how much you consume in a day, what you hope to achieve and in how long, and 4 photos so I can assess and start your personalized fitness plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE)
