I have Ring cameras at my mom’s home. She’s elderly and it helps me keep up with service providers and vendors. I inadvertently deactivated the cameras and couldn’t get them back online. I contacted Steven among 3 other contractors because getting them back online was a sense of urgency for me. Steven was the only one to respond. And he offered to come same day! He got the address and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was on time. He got everything back up and running and price was less than half what I had previous been quoted. Excellent service.
