- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I take 25 hours of continuing education from an certified provider. I always take courses that I have never taken before to increase my tax knowledge. In addition, I also take 2-4 classes dealing with customer service so I can better serve my clients every year.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did work for a client who owed IRS over $9000. After I did my research and amended his taxes, he ended up owing only $700. His response was that he would be my client for rest of his life.
