I took a chance on the Flash Brother's despite there being other contractors/handymen with a lot more reviews. But I'm so glad that I found them! I had a home that had been completely vandalized and needed a ton of work. I got quotes for $75-100k to restore my rental property. The Flash Brother's were able to do the job for just under $40k, they did great work and my tenants are happy with their home. They' can do it all. Demo/dumpster hauls, flooring, drywall repair, bathroom tiling, tub/shower, toilet installs, window glass repair, window installs, basic plumbing/electrical, painting, and even landscaping and large tree cutting too!! Pretty much everything you'll need if you're doing a rental rehab or a fix and flip. If you are looking for a trustworthy and very hardworking contractor, give Juan and his team a try, you won't regret it!
