Yoga with Paula

i've taken yoga classes from Paula for about 2 years now. She is a wonderful teacher, very knowledgeable and provides suggestions for movements to relieve any aches or strains. Paula is always a calming, soothing presence with a good sense of humor. I've missed her classes due to travel and work and can't wait to get back on schedule.Jul 2, 2011
I've been doing Yoga with Paula since 2003. A herniated disk in my lower back made exercise and life in general difficult. After a few classes with Paula I noticed a big difference in my flexibility and pain levels. Yoga has also helped to reduce stress and improve my posture. Thanks Paula!Jun 30, 2011
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for someone with plenty of reputable training. Find a class or trainer who emphasizes safety and effectiveness. Be comfortable in your class. Look around at the other participants. Do they look like people you want to be around? If you are seeking a personal training, ask about the trainer's style of training. Do you need a drill sergeant? Do you need a gentle push? Find out about your trainer's personality and style and make sure you are comfortable. Be prepared to be honest and forthright with your trainer. It makes all the difference.
