Introduction: I am passionate about yoga and fitness. Having once been overweight and also having a chronic autoimmune disorder I know what its like to start from scratch. Making everyone feel comfortable and welcome is a priority. I emphasize safety and genuinely care about my clients. I also feel like we should laugh at least once during a class or session. Laughter truly is the best medicine.

I've been taking "senior yoga" with Paula for several months now and really feel that I have loosened up and have less arthritic type pain. She is such fun as an instructor and plans exercises to target problem areas. I look forward to Tuesdays for the exercise, conversation, and, of course, lunch afterwards!

Yoga with Paula has been one of the most beneficial things I have ever done for myself. I have been a student for 10 years and with her guidance and patience my practice of yoga have done wonders for me, physically and mentally. I am much more physically fit at 50 than I was at 40, and I owe that to her classes.

Paula's yoga classes are so much fun! Paula makes every effort to meet your individual needs and she will include stretches for arthritis and hip or shoulder issues. Every class provides stress relief plus you get a good workout.

I have taken yoga from Paula for almost four years, and recommend her class to everyone - from newbies to experts. She takes a restorative approach to yoga that will still leave you noticeably more toned and flexible. I look forward to class every week!

I've been doing Yoga with Paula since 2003. A herniated disk in my lower back made exercise and life in general difficult. After a few classes with Paula I noticed a big difference in my flexibility and pain levels. Yoga has also helped to reduce stress and improve my posture. Thanks Paula!
