Definitely the most tech savvy person I have EVER met in my life. He is a good guy, knows his stuff that is certain. We brought in our laptop to have virus's removed and Erik (Hcw Systems Repair) not only rid the virus's he did a full system recovery, making everything work like a charm. He installed a virus protection I've never seen but it is the best available and doesn't take up space or use much resources like the big named ones like Norton, Mcaffe, Avg, Avast. We have Charter so we had the Charter free Security Suite. Which he said was pretty good but still yet a lot gets by it undetected. And he proved it right in front of me, found 2 Serious Virus's, Trojans, about 10 mid level security threats and over 300 traces and normal threats that are mainly from websites tracking you, But after the Virus Protection which is only 25$ a year or 37$ a year for up to 3 systems. Also there are 3 year plans. But then he used another program again I never heard of, probably because it was Army Certified Military Software. That program keeps the system maintained, cleaning out old files and registry and all of that good stuff even internet security, privacy, computer privacy this program had A LOT of options. Including making it Bootable, to boot up and repair your system so now I am my OWN TECH I can repair a lot of errors that before had to call in someone or take it to a shop, Never again with the software and having Hcw Systems on my side. He told me once a client always one. And I see why now, he will help at all costs. Answer Questions help you with small things and may even repair simple things via internet. Kinda weird watching your mouse move and the computer work on its own.... But he has repaired something over the internet for me.... He is just always around, not like buying a system at a store, or having something repaired somewhere. You can't just call them and they help you for free, no way. But anyway sorry for writing a lot my laptop is faster than it has EVER been, faster than day 1. Shutdown/Startups are blazing fast. Opening a program response time is back to 1-2 seconds on opening a program, And he did all of this for 40$ + the Virus Protection Activation that is 25$ But its a 25$ that means I don't have to worry AT ALL about getting any type spyware malware adware or virus's thanks Erik and Hcw Systems, 2 Thumbs UP! I couldn't be happier. I screwed up my laptop and got nothing but a black screen. Erik went to great lengths, way above my expectations and got me running better than ever with extra perks. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, I do penetration testing (hacking) but not in a bad way, if one wants to stop a hacker he must stay one step ahead of them. As a Network Security analyst this is paramount.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start my own business because I love what I do, and I am very good at it, so the decision was simple. It was just risk everything for what I love to do, and hope it grows into a thriving business.
