Braxton was excellent! He was at our home within an hour of our call as this was an emergency situation. We had called 3 other companies who were not available today. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained the issue and provided options and costs. We had to have our lines flushed and cleaned due to a blockage to the main line. The equipment to do this was here within 30 minutes and the problem was resolved. Could not be happier with the excellent service! Highly recommend this company!! thank you again!

I would like to brag on Braxton!! He's awesome and a great example of customer service at its best. Big water repair is the last thing an homeowner wants to hear, but Braxton goes out of his way to make things better the best he can. He pointed out the problem and was very honest on what he would suggest. Tn plumbing solutions keep Braxton around!! He's a good guy!! My leak was repaired and explained once the concrete was cut. He covered my items and cleaned up behind him. Thank you!!!

I requested a replacement of the toilet shut-off valve and R & M Plumbing Solutions came to do it promptly. Bobby was professional and it was easy to discuss about the repair. Everything was good except one thing. The rusty cover at the root was not replaced, making the appearance of the finished work bad, as if it is not brand new replacement. In the past I had some plumbing repairs. They replaced all the small things like this with new one by default. The parts are not something expensive ($2-$3) and I don't understand why R & M did not change the cover. I think it is not necessary to be stingy as it really affect the look of finished work. I attached the photo of finished work.
