The work needed to make the home a quality home was extensive from structure support to new kitchen and bathrooms, reconfiguring of rooms, plumbing and electrical. They were professional and easy to work with during the remodel. They had deadline restrictions due to the selling of our previous home and went above and beyond to accommodate the timeline. Would definitely recommend them to others or if needed, use them again!!!"See more

Susan Trammell says, "Im convinced it was Divine intervention that put Caleb Spearing and the Syndicate & Co. team in my path. For 20 years, I have had a vision for a gourmet kitchen and addition for my home. Just after finding Caleb and hours before signing our contract, I found I had an aggressive form of later stage cancer. I asked him if he would consider working with someone who didnt know their longevity for such a large project. Not only was he willing, he made adjustments to the project to ensure I retained a washer and dryer in a makeshift kitchen/laundry area for all but 2 weeks of the large project. Other cancer patients would realize the huge blessing this brings. I expected some major bumps along the way of such a large undertaking, but was surprised with one the easiest, most professional and breathtaking outcomes Ive ever witnessed. I am certain I have the most beautiful space in all of TN, and it met every item on my wish list plus more. Our county codes are hard to meet, and somehow Caleb even managed these perfectly. Aside from a very small increase due to newly instantiated building requirements, the project stayed perfectly on budget and I ended with a perfect result.
