- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to offer selections from our priced menu library, which provides a standard pricing option. With the variations of our involvement and individual requests from clients, these package prices can be subject to change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential catering customer reaches out to us about an event, we collaborate on budgets, menus and goals. From there we agree upon a Banquet Event Order. It is essentially a document that sets the expectations for Sebastian's and our clients. This secures a time slot, number of quests, additional services that are being provided and the details of the expected service that have been agreed upon by both parties. Deposit is required at least 7 days prior to the event.
