Complete install of ceiling fan including cutting a hole in the ceiling and installing wall switch. Great work, fair price and super courteous. He worked around our schedule with no issue. We have already discussed the next few projects. Very thankful to have found KP3.

I have been living in my home for roughly 3 1/2 years when all of a sudden both of my AC units went down. Kermit was able to take care of my issue and we both went about brainstorming the best bang for my buck as well as the most sensible decision. I had a 22 year old package unit that had developed a decently sized leak. My split system is 4 years old and the compressor had failed. We decided the best course would be to replace the package unit since it was r22 and was very expensive to buy. Kermit is a one man show. It took him one day to install both a new compressor and package unit. He also recorded all the data and presented it to me in a way I could understand. I’ve used him since too for other fixes around the house. I would highly recommend him for any job you would like to see done.
