Introduction: Firstly, our way of financing your payment directly with us. !! 🔛 We are a qualified company for 8 years, we use the most modern in floor sanding machines. We value a lot cleaning while we are working, our biggest differential is the quality of our finishes, when it comes to wooden floors and painting, the details make the difference. Since I was 15 years old, I started to have a passion for painting and wooden floors when I started working in my father's company, since then I have never stopped. Today my team has 10 selected professionals and all with a lot of knowledge. We do not ask for a deposit! I am so pleased with the work done at our home! We had contracted for painting the entire interior of the home. It looks brand new. The crew did a great job of preparing the walls as there were a lot of repairs needed that the previous owner had left behind. They also removed an old wall mural, "the mountain scene". We had a few unexpected issues pop up as they were progressing, and they were able to repair all the suprises. They also painted the garage and suggested painting the floor. I am so glad I took their advice it looks stunning. It was definitely worth the extra cost. They did a great job cleaning and prepping the floor. They also pressured washed the house. It is so beautiful! I will for sure be using them again and recommend you do too.

Niemar was really good to work with. He consistently communicated with us regarding progress of the work being done. The new hardwood floors are beautiful and the paint crew was excellent as well. We had a couple of hiccups, but Niemar quickly and effectively resolved the issues to our complete satisfaction. We will not hesitate to use Niemar for future work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work very hard to provide the absolute fairest pricing, and while keeping a very high standard in quality of work!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When painting, we usually check whether Draywall repairs need to be made before primer and finish. Flooring we always start by evaluating the space. We do a property evaluating and look humidity levels, and damage. From there we can get a bid started and start the repair - removal - or installation process!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 22 plus yers of experience in the flooring and 9 of painter and fabrication industry. I’ve grown up in the industry working with mentors and trainers from across the globe. I’m passionate around bringing clients dreams to life !
