B&S Restoration painted the entire upstairs of our East nashville craftsman bungalow. It was a hard job because of the curved ceilings that had water damage and mold. They did a great, careful job. We didn't have to move anything and they were very careful in returning books to shelves, a lot of books. Nice to have around as well, which was good since it took a little longer than expected because of slow drying of the drywall compound. A larger team might have made the job move faster, but maybe not since the hold up was drying time during a rainy week.

Replaced subfloor, which was water damaged from improper previous installation. Installed proper pan, replaced tile, and sealed it all. Unanticipated cost of materials increased cost from just under $1000 to $1600. Crew was friendly, professional and courteous.

We hired B&S to tile our floor. I am very pleased with the end product, however the initial quote they provided did not include an estimate for material costs, so the final price was higher than expected. Additionally they quoted 3 days max to finish the job, when in reality it took 6 days. One of the days was due to weather issues which they could not control, but the second day they did not show up when promised and it wasn't until I finally called several hours later that they explained they had been called to work on an emergency job. It was frustrating that they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know about the change in plans. Overall though, they were good to work with and very considerate and nice people and we're pleased with the final product.

There was a mixup at B&S with the initial scheduling. They arrived two hours late from our appointed time. The finished product was good. However, it took more than 8 hours over two days to complete work that should've taken about 4 or 5 hours, at most. Very nice and friendly, just slower than expected.
