We hired B&S to tile our floor. I am very pleased with the end product, however the initial quote they provided did not include an estimate for material costs, so the final price was higher than expected. Additionally they quoted 3 days max to finish the job, when in reality it took 6 days. One of the days was due to weather issues which they could not control, but the second day they did not show up when promised and it wasn't until I finally called several hours later that they explained they had been called to work on an emergency job. It was frustrating that they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know about the change in plans. Overall though, they were good to work with and very considerate and nice people and we're pleased with the final product.

Replaced subfloor, which was water damaged from improper previous installation. Installed proper pan, replaced tile, and sealed it all. Unanticipated cost of materials increased cost from just under $1000 to $1600. Crew was friendly, professional and courteous.

There was a mixup at B&S with the initial scheduling. They arrived two hours late from our appointed time. The finished product was good. However, it took more than 8 hours over two days to complete work that should've taken about 4 or 5 hours, at most. Very nice and friendly, just slower than expected.

This was the worse experience I have had in a long time. The contractor up the price of his quote. He did not have the prproper equipment to do the work. He had to come back the second day to do the work. Still without the proper equipment. I will never use him again

Customer sent request out to remove a small boat, upon showing up customer had 16 foot crew boat and trailer. We removed the trailer on Friday with a 18 foot trailer and then took it to the dump and returned Saturday and cut up the 16 foot fiber glass boat and removed all boat trash and haul boat and all to the dump again. Customer was unhappy because she wanted us to remove the fish wells from her backyard for free. The reason customers quote went up was because of the false information on the initial request (which was for a small boat) not a 16 foot trailer and boat.
