FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your consultation and 1st session are free! It is a chance for you find out if my style of training will work for you. Pricing depends on your specific situation. The standard is $30 an hour and I never charge more than that. Discounted group rates and bundles are also available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have new or potential clients come to the gym for a tour and talk with them for 30-45 minutes. It allows me to learn desired goals and other important factors (current lifestyle, health risks, injuries, etc.) I need to be aware of before initiating a workout program. I then present the plan of action I believe would be most beneficial for the client and we sort out exact details from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, which is considered the gold standard for personal training certification. I am also an RRCA certified run coach. I regularly read books and articles pertaining to fitness and attend personal training seminars to continue gaining knowledge. All of this is backed by a long personal history of fitness and athletics experience.
