Jay impressed me immediately. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to repair some exterior wear and tear to the wood on my older home. He showed up on the day he'd said, finished the job in one day as he'd said (I was a skeptic, but he was right), and dealt with some unexpected issues along the way, fixing them in a way that looks good. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me to find a way to do it, and stuck with his original quote. He also helped me find someone to replace damaged gutters. I would be glad to hire him again.
