The crew of three showed up on time. They did a very efficient and thorough job in my home. I was very happy with their deep clean service. We are going to give regular monthly cleaning a try now.

Katie has worked for me for the last year and a half WITH OUT ever missing a day AND the WORK is IMPECCABLE AND I also HAVE her cleaning my sick elderly mother house and she is COMPLETELY TRUSTWORTH !!1 WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!!!!

Unfortunately I felt that the job wasn’t completed thoroughly enough but I might not have been clear in my expectations. I was disappointed that there were different charge rates and helpers each time, but overall I would recommend this company because the owner is very kind and professional.

I really can’t say enough good things about this great company! Every time I have had an odd job or needed consistent service, I have been blown away by the fantastic work ethic behind the wonderful job that is done. This is a review of the services provided over a period of 6 months. She did a great job for the first few jobs but the quality slowly fell after each job. The last cleaning was terrible - I had a guest checking in and he almost canceled his reservation due to the uncleanliness of the house including basic stuff. Now, I would have not posted this review if she went back fix it but she basically ignored my messages and refused to fix it. Keep in mind I am paying for Airbnb cleaning which includes appliances, floors and laundry. Here is some exact word for word feedback from the guest. “This place is not clean. I’m not sure exactly when this housekeeper would have came, but if you did receive confirmation that they did work, then you need a new housekeeper. Had Floors, appliances, bathrooms, trash. We don’t need sparkling clean, we are reasonable. just not in this state”.
