This is a review of the services provided over a period of 6 months. She did a great job for the first few jobs but the quality slowly fell after each job. The last cleaning was terrible - I had a guest checking in and he almost canceled his reservation due to the uncleanliness of the house including basic stuff. Now, I would have not posted this review if she went back fix it but she basically ignored my messages and refused to fix it. Keep in mind I am paying for Airbnb cleaning which includes appliances, floors and laundry. Here is some exact word for word feedback from the guest. “This place is not clean. I’m not sure exactly when this housekeeper would have came, but if you did receive confirmation that they did work, then you need a new housekeeper. Had Floors, appliances, bathrooms, trash. We don’t need sparkling clean, we are reasonable. just not in this state”.
