Jada did an excellent job of cleaning my house. I am in an unusual situation - living in Kentucky while in the process of having my new home in Nashville remodeled. I needed the part that was ready for living in clean and tidy and, since I am not here yet, she sent me a lot of pictures of which I appreciated very much. She was unable to finish the job on the first visit and drove to my house a 2nd time to clean, which was over 30 minutes away. I appreciated her dedication to getting the work done. I am now in town and was able to check what she had done and it was just what I had hoped, almost sparkled. In case it matters, she also brings her own equipment and supplies, which was an especially nice surprise for me. I would certainly recommend Jada to clean your house.

Punctuality was an issue but things happen. Place looked good. She took 12 hours over two days for a deep clean for 1400 sq ft. (1 floor 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, oven, microwave). General feedback would be to provide more realistic timeframes for future customers or consider hiring more help. Jada worked hard. Generally, everything turned out good overall.

Thank you for the opportunity and your feedback. I hope everything that you've given me is able to boomerang back to you. It was a great idea to have me clean the baseboards and windows too. I am sure that the difference in their cleanliness helped tremendously with the sale of your house. I am happy to help again in the future, if ever needed. I just have one request.. Please provide me more notice than two days. I aim to do my best in everything that I do, however I am a one woman business. I am not always as punctual as I'd like to be when given such short notice. It is also difficult to give very accurate time estimates when being rushed because pictures for the house sale, that I was previously unaware of, were being done in just 4 hours. Like you said though, "things do happen" and that is definitely true for us all. I truly hope that you and your family prosper in your new home. Thank you again.

Our dog stayed with Jada for a week while we were out of town. Our fur baby was well cared for while we were gone. We received updates and photos which made our leaving easier and we were able to see how she was doing. She is very good at what she does

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work out a fair price with you for any of my services. I offer multiple pet discounts and reoccurring cleaning discounts. If you feel like my quote is unreasonable, please talk with me about it. I'd be happy to find a reasonable solution.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do offer free meet and greets. I do have standard prices, but as I stated earlier, I am happy to work with you if a more customized solution is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of experience with pets and cleaning. I am a single mother of two beautiful children.
