- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I stand behind my work and do every job to the best of my ability. I usually price jobs by the sq footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go out to the job introduce myself and share a little about my business then we go over the job and find out exactly what the customer wants and expect s and then proceed with what product to use and get a contract written up and decide on a start date. Then i get job prepared for work and then prep all surfaces that's going to be painted drop off all work areas so no paint can get on floors, furniture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I reached the 12th grade in high school been through apprenticeship in the painters union.
