Edy was very responsive and professional in bidding my fence project. He was detailed in his estimate and was good at communicating. He started and finished on time and the work quality was excellent. We were pleased with over 500 feet of wooden fence encircling the back yard. Don’t start a fence project without Edy giving you a bid!

Edy is very reliable and professional. He was always prompt and offered quality service in mowing and trimming my yard from April through November 2022. I was also pleased with the downspouts he installed. However, in April 2022, I hired him to install sod in my backyard. He installed squares, many of which were brown and wilted and never turned green or showed any signs of life. I was assured if I watered twice daily for 10 days, that would change. My entire yard looked worse, no productivity. Edy said he contacted the supplier and they confirmed they don't give any type warranty or replacement and said he, as a contractor, never offer any warranty on the installation. Needless to say, I wasted money and hope on the sod installation.

Ms. Gee as I mentioned to you there was no warranty on sod but even though I am not given warranty from the sod farm I still replaced a huge amount of those dry spots if not all of them on my own expense leaving me with zero to negative profit on this job and on top of that I gave you a free lawn mowing service, I understand your frustration but sometimes things are out of my control, might be not enough water or maybe something in the soil that didn’t allowed the sod to grow what I can assure you is that the sod was alive and healthy when it got there and my landscaping crew installed correctly as we have been installing for several years now. I appreciate your feedback and like I did with you I’ll keep going above and beyond to please my customers and give value to their investment. The zero to negative profit I made out of your project, plus the free lawn mowing and now the 3 star review you left me somehow affect my business but I still think you are a very nice human being I enjoy every interaction we ever had, I wish you the best and please keep me in mind if you decide to keep doing business with me.
