- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the job, not by the hour, so you’ll know the total cost before we start. Estimates are free, and there are no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the volume of material, type of items, and the labor or equipment needed. Our junk removal prices start at $100, and all prices include loading, hauling, disposal fees, and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few quick questions about what needs to be removed or completed. We can often give a price from photos, or we’ll schedule a free onsite estimate for larger jobs. Once approved, we set a convenient time, arrive on schedule, and handle all the heavy lifting. We load everything, haul it away, and clean up the area before leaving. You only pay once the job is complete and you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of hands-on experience in junk removal, hauling, and small demolition work. I’ve operated heavy equipment like the Bobcat T770 for grading and excavation, and have completed numerous property cleanouts, shed teardowns, and gravel driveway projects. I’m fully insured, licensed for business in Tennessee, and have built my skills through years of real-world jobs that require efficiency, safety, and customer care.
