We called Daniel when our roofer told us that recurrent leaks in our home was due to a masonry issue. Within 24 hours, Daniel came over the morning of Super Bowl Sunday and took his time to pinpoint the problem crawling inside my attic, documenting problems with video, and climbing up on the roof. He found the problem to be underneath some recently installed flashing. We sent his video to our roofer who came back and determined Daniel's diagnosis was correct. I wanted to pay Daniel for his time/gas and offered to send him a check since I didn't hire him due to our roof warranty, but he declined and just asked for me to write up my comments here. Wow...meeting Daniel has given me more faith in our world today, and you can bet we will call him first for anything we need.
