I started a search for patio quotes recently. I had a lot of contact and quotes. However, The Covered Patio excels beyond all the others! The initial contact with Chase was stellar customer service! Pleasant, bright, great follow-up, etc., etc. I am pretty hard core when it comes to crappy or excellent customer service, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Chase is superb. It was a pleasant experience. Then, Justin came to look at my area, talked with me, and gave me a quote. He arrived as expected, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient! The customer service went above and beyond, which is sadly missing in the world today. On top of The Covered Patios incredible customer service, they came back with the best quote. Reasonable and realistic for them as a small business and for us. If you want to have peace of mind and know that you're getting quality work and support a small business, I hands down suggest The Covered Patio. You will not be disappointed! You will want to do business with them for all your work. We need more businesses like this in the world today. Thank you, Chase, Justin, and The Covered Patio team!

I couldn’t be happier with my screened in porch, it looks amazing and is of very sturdy quality. The quoting process was easy and I didn’t get quoted for extra things I didn’t really need so the prices were fair. (another vendor was 2k higher) All the guys were very friendly and easy to work with.

We could not be happier with our screened in patio addition to our home. Cole came to our home within a few days of us asking for a quote and ensured we got everything we wanted. Carlos and Chris did an awesome job with the install. They are very skilled, helpful, personable, and provided us great customer service whenever we needed it. He brought Collin back to go over what we wanted in our 3 season screen room and Collin was the same way.
