I first started going to tranformations 4 life in June 2012. At that time the extent of my exercise consisted of walking. The boot camps are always energetic and challenging. Julie does an outstanding job of working with you as an individual. She demonstrates modifications but pushes you to reach your full potential. Her class isn't just about weight loss but overall physical and mental well being.Mar 9, 2013
Transformations 4 Life is an awesome program. It truly has transformed my life. Julie is an amazing trainer. She's encouraging but keeps your accountable in the process. I have lost 44 pounds in the time I've started T4L (10 months). Boot camp class are always a challenge and never the same. I would highly recommend Julie and T4L.Feb 13, 2013

Transformations 4 Life is an amazing program. Julie is an outstanding trainer. She is very professional but yet she gets to know you on a personal level in order for you to achieve your personal weight loss goals. I have lost over 42 pounds in the year I have been with Julie. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge $40.00/hr for one day a week (depending on your location) for 2-3 days a week we discount our prices to $35.00/hr. We don't make you sign any contracts but we do ask you to give us a 30 day notice that you won't be continue with our program to give us time to fill your time slot. We charge for the month upfront and your program will renew on that day every month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always furthering my education. I read everything from emotional eating, behavior modification, the latest and greatest exercises, post rehab therapy, nutrition, supplements, etc.
