FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What You Should Know About Our Pricing At Kevin Sparks Signature Pools, we believe in straightforward pricing and open communication. Here are a few key things to know: 1. No Hidden Fees Our proposals are detailed and transparent. We’ll walk you through everything so you understand exactly what you’re paying for—materials, labor, permits, equipment, and finishing touches. 2. Change Orders If you decide to make changes after construction begins (like adding features or upgrading finishes), we’ll present a written change order with any price differences before moving forward. Nothing is added without your approval. 3. Payment Schedule We follow a milestone-based payment plan. Payments are typically due at agreed stages of the project (e.g., contract signing, excavation, gunite/structure install, and final completion). 4. Discounts (Located on our website.) We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or package upgrades. If you're working with a builder or realtor, ask about our partner incentives or referral program. 5. Financing Options (Information on our website.) We partner with trusted pool financing providers and can help connect you with flexible financing plans that suit your budget and timeline. 6. Service Fees If you're requesting service or repair work outside the original scope of construction, we’ll provide a quote upfront. Service calls may include a standard trip fee depending on the location and issue. 7. Material Price Volatility Pool materials and equipment prices may shift due to supply chain or manufacturer changes. We honor your contract price once signed, but any custom requests made later may reflect updated supplier costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process: What to Expect When Working With Us At Kevin Sparks Signature Pools, we’ve built a reputation on delivering beautiful, lasting pools with a clear, step-by-step process that keeps you informed and confident from start to finish. 1. Initial Consultation We start with a personal meeting—either in your home or at our office—to understand your vision, lifestyle, property layout, and budget. We'll discuss style preferences, pool types (gunite or fiberglass), and any outdoor living features you're interested in. 2. Site Evaluation A member of our team visits your property to assess the terrain, access, drainage, and utilities. This allows us to ensure feasibility and plan for a smooth build. 3. Custom Design & Proposal We create a tailored pool design and proposal based on your preferences and the site evaluation. This includes a 3D rendering (if requested), a detailed scope of work, and pricing breakdown. 4. Contract & Permits Once the design is approved, we finalize the contract and begin securing the necessary permits. We also walk you through the construction schedule and payment milestones. 5. Construction Begins From excavation to plumbing, steel, gunite, tile, coping, decking, and equipment installation—our project manager keeps you updated at each stage. You’ll have one point of contact to make the experience smooth and organized. 6. Interior Finish & Startup We complete the interior finish (like plaster or pebble), fill the pool, and perform a detailed water chemistry startup to protect your investment. 7. Pool School Before handoff, we provide a one-on-one "Pool School" to teach you how to operate your equipment and maintain water quality. We’ll also give you access to your warranty documents and service resources. 8. Ongoing Support Even after the build is complete, we’re here for you.
