I loved having Mike as our realtor. He made every effort to make sure that we had all the information, gave us excellent recommendations for the title Company, and gave his honest opinions and advice. He’s so fun to talk with and made selling our home in 3 days a breeze! ( well it was a whirlwind of showings but he did great) Even when we had major bumps in the road due to buyers having to back out and a seller who was rather difficult, he kept his cool and knew exactly how to handle it. He sold our home in another 3 days! Buying and selling a home is stressful there’s no doubt but when you have a person who cares about you and your family and is committed to seeing you through to the end goal, it makes it less stressful. He truly cares about helping others and it was a huge blessing to have him by our side. Plus he’s a great cook!

This is not the first time I have used Mike Dotson, but he was as exceptional as ever. My sale was not standard in the least, but he handled it like a champ. He will do what is best for his customer even when it is not in his best interest. He cares about his work and that pays dividends in the transaction. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Nashville or Murfreesboro area, you should look no further than Mike Dotson.
