- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers should know that my services are free to them. Sellers, let's talk about the value a top Realtor like me can bring to your home, and your sale. In most cases, FSBO sellers are settling, when they believe they are "saving money" without a Realtor. Stats don't bear this out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a client consultation, wherein I'll listen and find out as much about your situation, hopes and dreams as I can. We'll discuss market issues and the home purchase (or sale) process in depth so as to answer as many questions on the front end as possible. From there, my communication with clients is what sets me apart from the herd of others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Music Business from Berry College, extensive marketing and sales experience within corporate America's shakiest industry- the music industry, and several years of ongoing high-level real estate training. If training in the field counts, I've got over 300 deals under my belt, and have seen all kinds of scenarios.
