FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs to provide you quality work with the proper tools so the job is done correctly and without damage to your home or fixture. plumbing materials are at the highest I have ever seen them a 10 ft. stick of 4 inch pvc is $59.00 rite now and a quart of glue is $20 and a can of primer that you use before the glue is $20. Rite now to replace all the drains in a house the material is around $1200.00 so please keep material and gas prices in mind when getting a quote. All of my pricing is flat rate I do not charge by the hour because if it takes time to do a task properly the customer thinks you are riding their time. The people that say plumbing is easy and fly through it their plumbing looks like a child did it in Kindergarden and starts falling apart after a while.. Quality plumbing with the rite approved parts should last a minimum of 10 to 15 years. I see it every day where a company charges 3 or 4 thousand dollars for a water repipe and go under the floor nothing is strapped off. Water lines drooping and swagging pressure regulators installed upside down which makes them last about a year.. A lot of these companies are just out to make a Dollar. Trust me I am employed with one of them rite now that will charge you for something and have to come back multiple times to get it rite. I have to go back and complete jobs for this company or go figure out what someone done wrong.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
