My hot water heater went out on a Saturday. Jason came to my house , assessed the situation and let me know I needed a new one. He suggested a new brand, told me exactly what to order. Jason went to Lowe’s and picked up the new one.They drained the broken one and installed the new one. My water heater is upstairs, plus in an area where the door and frame had to be removed. Once the new one was installed, Jason showed me where to reignite the pilot light and things to watch for in next few days. He was kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up the areas they worked in. I will definitely hire him again.

Jason was fabulous!!! He was quick to respond to my message regarding a clogged shower drain and came out the next day to fix it (on a Sunday!). Cost was very reasonable and even he even took the time to look at and talk through the cost of moving my kitchen sink and dishwasher. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I look forward to working with him again when I redo my kitchen :)

What a great experience hiring Aquasmart. We had a blockage in our main pipe under our house. They came out in the morning and fixed the problem. Later that night the problem resurfaced. We called them back and they again arrived the next morning. They made SURE the problem was fixed. We have had no other issues. They are reasonably priced and we plan to use them moving forward for any plumbing issues we have. Thank you Jason!

I highly recommend Aqua Smart if you are looking for an honest, on-time, and hardworking plumber. They took the time to understand all plumbing issues and review the parts, etc. They made it out on a Sunday afternoon to take care of our projects. They were even able to source (2) extra needed diverter cartridges on a Sunday and install them, on top of all of the other faucets. Thank you!
