I had two calls to me before Aqua Smart called me, and in both calls they had not even looked at my problem, photos, description and was borderline cold call. Aqua knew the issue, and was prompt in suggesting a timeframe to come address my problem. We had a minor residual issue after the work to replace the valve was completed, and he came back out within 3 days (I had said not emergency just something to correct), to make the repair. No issues since then. Would work with Aqua Smart again.

I have never been familiar with thumbtack so I took a chance and got onto the website searching for a plumber to fix my sink that was coming loose from the cabinet. I knew I needed a plumber to unhook and re-hook plumbing, reseal my sink, and also install a garbage disposal. Jason did a fantastic job. From the time I searched for a plumber, he was texting me within five minutes. I connected with Jason, he had my address and knew exactly what he needed to do to complete the project. Jason even went out of his way to go to the hardware store and pick up the proper materials needed to do the job. I was so excited when I received such a quick response and quality work. I will always use Jason for my plumbing needs and highly recommend that anyone who needs plumbing work done quickly to seek out Jason with AQUA SMART, Nashville, TN to do a fantastic job. He made the project seamless, professional, and it eased my mind once I knew that he could take control of my plumbing problem and he completed my sink project to perfection. Thank you Jason.

I must admit that I was very concerned about not having first hand knowledge of any plumber. The reviews of Jason were all I had to go on. That being said, my apprehensions were eased after he quickly responded, assessed the repairs and spent a number of hours under the house completing the job. He explained everything, provided before and after photos and made sure I knew how he made things come together. I believe his fee was far more than fair. I also must give credit to his assistant who worked with him every step of the way, and provided invaluable help.
