FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the average going rate and this market. We are constantly reevaluating our pricing structures and making sure that they fall in line with the standard market rates for what we are charging for. If ever you feel like you can get it slightly cheaper than what we offer, please bring it up to your representative and if it is an option we are happy to accommodate you. Some items are flexible and some items are not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the customers needs are and if it fits into our mold, we will schedule the customer for an appointment and a meet and greet. If it’s a good fit once we meet the customer we write up an estimate and the customer has an option to use our company or search for a different company to use on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We carry a home improvement license in Nashville Tennessee and have for about 18 years. We are always taking additional courses and adding to our years of experience within our company. Plumbing, electrical, even blood borne disease jobs for cleanup is another license we are training for. Furthering your education and trying to learn more is a positive influence on all staff members and customers. I have always been the type of person to be open minded enough to see how other people do what I do, like soldering copper, and one of the classes that I took to learn plumbing years ago I learned how to heat the copper and apply the solder so that there’s no solder showing. It’s a much cleaner look and does the same job but it looks much nicer. Things like this are always on our mind to try to do things better for efficiency and sometimes just to make the job look better at the end of the day. On any large project we do such as bathroom remodels or kitchen remodels every day when we leave all tools are put away and the floors are swept and vacuumed if needed and everything‘s organized and left in an appropriate way.
