Dillon was 10/10! We hired him to hang a new front door- he was super professional but friendly when he came over to give us a quote. His quote was very reasonable and also itemized, which I appreciate. He came over a few days later to install our front door- he had to cut it, sand it down and install new hardware which was a hefty job. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be hiring him again for any needs within his skill set! Highly recommend.

Went above and beyond to fix a door problem I had that was created when I had a different handyman install a door sill. Honestly didn’t think my door was salvageable but now it functions so much better and he adjusted it multiple time to get it right. Will reach back out for other projects. Has very reasonable hourly rate as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a rather complicated project and Clearwater Construction took it on. I dreamed of having two small French doors hung up in a large doorway. This meant that the doors had to be completely framed in and all the hardware had to be added. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it was part of the original build of the house. Highly recommend and will reach out for any future projects!

Dylan is a real pro from start to finish in everything he did for us. My door seemed unfixable due to settling of the house changing the angles of the walls with the frame. He fixed it in under the time he estimated, and it works perfectly and you cannot tell where he modified the door frame. I will continue to use Dylan as much as possible and refer him to my friends. Thorough and professional.
