- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu pricing is all between $10-15 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with all new customers and obtain any and all information that is needed for their event that they are wanting to book catering for with us. This includes delivery/site information (ie location, set-up, delivery directions, etc.), payment information, menu items to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained on site by our General Manager and training team. Our ownership and management is serv-safe certified.
