Not commplicated at all, need to provide us the amount of people, event site, type of drinks neede and if waiters and delivery are necessary
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well our is so specialized. its more of recipes passed down from generation to generatio. But are open to learning any new South American infusions and techniques that would enhance our catering.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
the love of food and being able to share the experience of our foods oh and of course being excellant cooks ! Very important !
