Introduction: All of my food is made from scratch. It is fresh, not frozen, for your event.
Baking, both desserts and savory items, is a specialty. I make my own puff pastry, fruit fillings, ricotta, boursin, and other treats.
Every event is unique, and I design the menu with the client. It is based upon the nature of the event, seasonal availabilities, ethnic cuisines and vegetarian considerations.
Many of my offerings are my own recipes, unavailable elsewhere. From food that is delivered to the client to full-service options, I nourish and dazzle.
