About this pro
When photographing or video-recording a wedding or engagement, I pride myself on my ability to to be a fly on the wall. Nobody likes photos where the bride and groom are posed and prodded so much that they no longer look comfortable. I prefer to capture the moments as they unfold naturally, and tell the story of what happened that day, so that when you look back on the photos, you will remember the experience, not just who attended. I love working with couples, getting to know their story, and trying my best to capture that spirit in my work. Every story is different, and it is a blast to capture what will hopefully be an awesome beginning to a new one.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?In the photography world, there are always an overwhelming amount of choices. It can be a real headache narrowing it down, as most of the professionals can produce great images, making the choice not very "clear cut." My advice is to make the decision of who you work with not solely based on images, or price, but on how you connect with the photographer. The photographer will be with you more than almost any other person at your wedding, so you want to make sure that its someone who puts you at ease, rather than stress you out, for example. It's all about the experience. If the experience is good, you will be relaxed, and it will show in your images.
