Terrible experience. Do not hire this company - EVER. I was hired as a subcontractor by Brian Owens of Impact Cleaning for a large commercial job. When the job was completed he requested that I email a receipt showing "Paid" but to hold off on depositing the check. Immediately alarm bells go off. I told him that I would email the receipt when the funds cleared to my account Two days later I have a chargeback for almost $10,000. He put a stop payment on the check. Totally unethical. He owes me $10,000.

I did hire Rolland Williams as a subcontractor to provide service to a large fitness facility that was in contract with Impact Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC. During that time, Rolland notified me that he would be working directly for the fitness facility and no longer as a subcontractor for Impact Commercial Services Cleaning, LLC. From an email correspondence during this time, Rolland indicated [in writing] that the fitness facility will be paying him for his service; at which point, I did put a stop to the payment I had issued him for his service under Impact Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC.
