A. Constantly. IT specifically and computers in general are an extremely fast paced industry. New products and procedures are developed daily. Continuing education is a must for every tech on our team.

A. Our pricing structure could not be easier! Unlimited support and protection starts at $10.00/month for a single residential PC, $30.00/month for an entire household and $125.00/month for a small business. For larger businesses and networks, we customize a price plan specific to their needs.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. We saw that the computer repair and support field was flooded with shoddy work, poor customer service and "hard sale" fear tactics to convince clients to to use a service they may or may not need. Every industry goes through an evolution where companies must offer a superior product or get left behind. This is that time for IT.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. Know the difference between a typical "break/fix" computer repair shop and an MSP, or Managed Service Provider. The break/fix business profits only when something breaks, especially with high overhead on any hardware upgrades you might need. An MSP business is based on the idea of preventing small problems before they become big, expensive problems saving you time, stress and money!
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. That keeping your computers healthy does not have to be difficult or expensive. My grandmother was fond of saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." I believe that is just as valid today with computer health as it is with general health.
