- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We've always been transparent with our prices, and you can set your own pace by booking your preferred number of lessons in advance. Check out our website for more information and to schedule! If you've never danced with us before, please contact us for a special trial price of $43 for your introductory lesson! That way you can stop in and get to know us to see if we're the right fit for you! Our basic prices are below. Personal Lessons $110 Group Classes $15 Dance Parties $15 If you are a wedding couple, we have some discounted packages for you since we know you already have a lot going on! Our wedding packages are below. Dreamers’ Wedding Package (15% Off) $1122 Whether you’re looking forward to shining on your special day with beautiful, unique choreography or just want the confidence boost of a little extra preparation, this 12-lesson package is for you! Enjoy hours of dedicated training with our accomplished instructors at our steepest discount. Lovers’ Wedding Package (10%Off) $594 If you long for the simple elegance of holding each other as you take your first steps into your new life together or are searching for that affordable option to add sparkle to your big day, this 6 lesson package is for you! Our experienced instructors will help you reach your goals with the TLC of our 10% discount. Not sure if you’re ready to commit to a package? Book your first lessons a la carte at our private lesson rate of $110 and enjoy the option to upgrade and roll any pre-paid lesson fees into the price of your package so you can still benefit from the full discount. Common Questions: Do I have to be a member? You are welcome to dance at NOVA DanceSport at any time. We don't require a membership to participate in lessons, classes, or parties. Do I have to buy a lesson package? Dance on your terms. Everything can be purchased individually at NOVA DanceSport. Do I pay upfront? We ask clients to place a 50% deposit on their lessons at the time of booking, which we roll into the price of the lesson or refund if our 24-hour advanced notice policy is met. You will be charged the remainder of your lesson fee after attending. What is your cancellation policy? We ask clients to provide at least 24-hour notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule. If a client no-shows or fails to provide adequate notice, their deposit will not be refunded and they will be charged the remainder of their lesson price. Please contact your instructor directly to discuss exceptions in case of emergencies and other extenuating circumstances. I still have questions… Wonderful! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with our students to help them identify their goals and then customize their training accordingly. For example, we can take a wedding couple through a few simple lessons to help them dance comfortably together or design their complete choreography. The scope is determined by the client! People dance for all different reasons, to meet new friends, exercise, learn a new hobby, have something to do that's not at a bar, or compete! Often, we find that students aren’t exactly sure what it is that they’re looking for or that their goals change as they progress through their training. We love being there through those uncertainties and are excited to have the chance to help you figure out what makes you happy in this infinite world of dance!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors have trained all across the globe with some of the best dancers in the world, and we offer expertise in ballroom and partner dancing, personal training, ballet, injury prevention, and gymnastics. All these things combine to make a great dance lesson!
